Ai sensi dell'art. 59, lett. o) del D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo) e della Direttiva 2011/83/UE, il consumatore perde il diritto di recesso per i contratti di fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su supporto materiale, qualora l'esecuzione sia iniziata con il suo accordo espresso e la sua accettazione del fatto che avrebbe perso il diritto di recesso.
Procedendo all'acquisto e avviando il download, il cliente dichiara espressamente di accettare che l'esecuzione del contratto abbia inizio immediatamente e di rinunciare al proprio diritto di recesso di 14 giorni.

Pursuant to Article 59(o) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing the purchase and initiating the download, the customer expressly agrees that performance of the contract begins immediately and acknowledges the loss of their 14-day right of withdrawal.
